    What information do you need for a CNC machining quotation?
    Please send your 2D drawings and/or 3D models together with the required material, quantity, surface finish and any special requirements. STEP, STP, IGS, X_T, DWG and PDF files are accepted.
    Can you manufacture parts according to my drawings?
    Yes. Our CNC parts are custom manufactured based on customer drawings or 3D models. Dimensions, tolerances, materials and finishes are reviewed according to the specific project requirements.
    What materials can you machine?
    We machine a range of engineering materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, brass, copper and selected engineering plastics. Material availability can be confirmed during quotation.
    What tolerances can you achieve?
    Tolerances depend on part geometry, material, dimensions and machining requirements. Please indicate critical dimensions and tolerances on your drawing so they can be reviewed before quotation and production.
    Do you support prototypes and low-volume production?
    Yes. We support prototype development, low-volume manufacturing and repeat production based on project requirements.
    What surface finishes are available?
    Available finishes may include anodizing, plating, polishing, bead blasting, powder coating and other treatments depending on the material and application.
    How do you inspect custom CNC parts?
    Parts are inspected according to drawing requirements. Depending on the part and agreed inspection plan, suitable measuring equipment and dimensional inspection reports can be provided.
    How can I get a quote?
    Send us your drawings together with material, quantity, finish and application requirements. We will review the project and provide feedback for quotation.
